Costume Designer & Technician

About Me
I'm a costume designer and technician based in Colorado, USA. I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Denver, and a partial Bachelor's of Arts in Theater Technology and Design with a concentration in Costuming from Colorado State University. I am particularly inspired by avant garde fashion and fantasy media as well as performance genres like burlesque, cabaret, and musical theatre.
Though I've had a bit of an unusual career journey, art and fashion have always been my passions. I love creating things, problem solving, and working with my hands. Every new show or project presents exciting challenges, and I meet those opportunities head on with a positive, collaborative attitude.
I began my design career in 2024 and began freelancing full-time in 2026. In the summer of 2026 I was nominated for a Henry Award by the Colorado Theatre Guild for my work on OpenStage Theatre & Co.'s The Cottage. I have experience working with a wide range of theatre groups and actors, including children's theatres and actors with disabilities. Though most of my work has remained within live theatre, I have also designed for opera, film, and dance, and am always looking for ways to expand my repertoire.
